Auction - "The Croquet Match" - An original by John Prince
An original painting by John Prince is being auctioned before and during the tournament.
This has been made possible by the generous donation by John Prince of United Croquet Club, Christchurch, New Zealand.
John is a prominent figure in New Zealand croquet. He is a life member of the United Croquet Club, The Canterbury (NZ) Croquet Association and the New Zealand Croquet Council. He has recently been made a member of the WCF Hall of Fame.
Proceeds will go towards running the tournament.
The winning bid was by Anton Varnas for NZ$2700.
