Competitors' Practice 9am at United (hoop running may not be allowed) Player registration opens 10am at United Personality croquet and press photo opportunity 2pm Opening Ceremony for players and officials At 3pm at the United Club, including (from 3:30pm) a free, very light finger buffet and welcome drinks. There will be a couple of short speeches. Players' Meeting 4pm Bar open 5pm (after the player's meeting) to 7pm	Friday 1st February 2008
Spit roast meal Following the close of play at the United Croquet Club. Cost NZ$30 per person. Starting at 5pm.	Saturday 2nd February 2008
Casual Barbeque Following close of play at the United Croquet Club. Cost NZ$5 per person. Starting at 5pm.	Sunday 3rd February 2008
Informal steak Barbeque Following close of play at the United Croquet Club. Cost NZ$10 per person. Starting at 5pm.	Monday 4th February 2008
Government reception The Minister of Sport, Hon Clayton Cosgrove, is hosting a reception for players and other invited guests. Time: 6.30pm-8.30pm Venue: Limes Room in the Christchurch Town Hall for Performing Arts, 89 Kilmore Street, Christchurch. Finger food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be available. By invitation only. Concert in Hagley Park Players and spectators may wish to attend the free concert Classical Sparks in Hagley Park, 8-10pm.	Tuesday 5th February 2008
12th WCF Council Meeting 7.00pm at Fendalton Park Croquet Club. A meal will be provided for association delegates followed by the meeting at 8.00pm. The meeting agenda and other details are available on the WCF website. There is no other event planned.	Wednesday 6th February 2008
